1921 is an urban clothing brand dedicated to inspire and empower the people while shining a light on black culture. Founder & CEO Charles B. Williams was influenced by the bombing of the Black Wall Street (June 1, 1921). The Black Wallstreet was a community of thriving black owned businesses that was burned down in Tulsa Oklahoma. Where white supremacist invaded the black community and destroyed the Black Wall Street leaving 3,000 African Americans dead, and over 600 successful businesses lost.
